Don Paul opened his first jewelry store on November 1st, 1995 at 119 East Jefferson Street in the old Lincoln Bakery Building. He continued operating his business there until May 2nd, 2005 when the business moved to main street, the old Crawford Jewelry Store. The building was improved for his business, but the original woodwork inside (remodeled in 1957) was kept intact, along with the pink and black art-deco looking exterior. The 15 foot tall neon sign outside was designed by Don Paul to have a vintage look, and has the only neon clocks on a sign anywhere around. Don Paul has been a master goldsmith since 1984, and has offered a large selection of new and estate jewelry with an in-house repair shop.
